A few information to make your stay in our house even more relaxing and to our support!

We would like to welcome our guests personally. For this purpose, can you let us know the approximate time of your arrival, if it has not already been done?

However, if we are not at home at the desired time: no problem - we can let you in remotely by unlocking the electronic lock for you. The check-in can therefore take place at any time from 3 pm.

Our house has a centralized heating system, which is energy-conscious and must be regulated centrally. We specifically ask that you do not attempt to change the thermostats, but contact us if the temperature is not comfortable for you. Please ventilate the rooms by shock ventilation! Ventilate the rooms intermittently and not by leaving them open all the time!

The television is via satellite reception. Please do not change the channels or the settings of the TV or receiver, but let us know. We are at your disposal during your entire stay.

Parking is free of charge in Friedrichstraße if you arrive by car. It is not possible to park directly in front of the house, but you can drive up to Steinhagenplatz to unload your luggage.
You may have to pull out the bollard to the square to do this.

If you would like to come with your bicycles, we have a garage where we can store them, with direct access to the street. However, we ask that you inform us in advance that you would like to store your bicycles with us. We make every effort to provide access to all guests, but in high season the number of bikes may limit this access. For safety and insurance reasons, charging batteries of any kind, for example for bicycles or power banks, is only permitted in the apartments and under supervision. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Pets during your stay are generally welcome! Please do not forget them when booking and inform us that your
animal friend will accompany you.

Coffee & tea are available for your stay.
Bed linen and towels are of course provided, as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom and InterNet.


Please inform us as soon as possible if you need an invoice. In this case we need the exact address and full name

If you have booked the flat "Gelb" or "Wald", please note that it is not located in our building. The address is Kirchplatz 2, but access is via Haldenplatz. Please contact us 30 minutes before your arrival so that we can receive you.
